The 120-seat panorama restaurant built in 2011 and the 150-seat sun terrace offer you stunning views of the Great Aletsch Glacier all the way to the Matterhorn, and are a unique homage to the surrounding Alpine landscape.
The panorama hall can be used flexibly and offers day-trippers, foodies, sports enthusiasts, companies, families and wedding parties a magical setting with limitless and unique panoramic views.

Our lunch menu
We are happy to serve you regional and classic dishes from our lunch menu continuously from 11.30 am to 5 pm. Wherever possible, we source our ingredients exclusively from local producers and suppliers. Barn eggs from the Salzmann poultry farm in Naters, meat from the Bammatter butcher in Naters, and breads and pastries from the Novena Frischteigwaren bakery in Ulrichen.

Our wines from Diego Mathier, Salgesch
In October 2016, Diego Mathier was named the first Swiss Vintner of the Year at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse. In 2007 and 2011, Diego Mathier also won the title of Vintner of the Year. These awards stand as testimony to the top-quality wines produced by Diego Mathier and the wine merchants Adrian & Diego Mathier Nouveau Salquenen.
